Extremely Disappointing Experience – Wrong Pizza & Untrained Staff I ordered a pizza from Domino’s new sourdough range, specifically the Sourdough Truffle Pepperoni Pizza. What I received was a regular pepperoni pizza with a normal base and regular pizza sauce—no sourdough base and no truffle sauce at all. When I raised this issue, the manager’s response was shocking. He clearly had no knowledge of Domino’s own product range and casually asked in Hindi: “Aur cheese daal de kya? Sourdough kya hota hai?” This level of ignorance from a manager is unacceptable. If your staff doesn’t even know what sourdough pizza is, why introduce a premium range at all? To make matters worse, the pizza tasted horrible and the bread wasn’t even properly cooked. This kind of experience is not expected from a brand like Domino’s, which is supposed to have standardized quality and trained staff. Very disappointing. Domino’s seriously needs to train their outlet managers and staff before rolling out new products.

Store cannot deliver food on time and i received a complete cold food.. I was not given any proper answer for it and food was delivered after 60 minutes

Today, I ordered two pizzas and two veggie parcels from Domino's, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the delivery was on time, and the veggie parcels were actually delicious—hot and just right. But unfortunately, the pizzas were a letdown. The Desi hot sauce that was supposed to be on the pizza ended up all over the box, making a mess. Plus, the pizzas themselves weren't hot or properly baked; it felt like they were rushed out without much care. Overall, it seems like Domino's might be focusing more on just pushing out orders quickly rather than making sure each pizza is well-prepared and meeting customers' expectations. So while the veggie parcels were a hit, the pizza experience this time around was pretty disappointing.

They ignore you when you stand to order a pizza. No service to buy at counter. Apparently you cant order at the three tilla they have, you have to order on the app. So if they had told me that instead of keeping me waiting and getting hungry, it would have helped.
