Worst experience ever at thisDomino's Pizza | Fatehgunj, Vadodara, Shop No. GF - 1, Ground Floor, AG Chamber,, Narhari Hospital Circle, Near Sayaji Baug,, Fatehgunj, Vadodara, Gujarat 390002 outlet . I ordered a pizza worth ₹165 and paid through Google Pay, but the staff said the payment didn’t show in their system and forced me to pay again. They promised the first payment would be refunded in 7 days, but it’s been more than a month and still no refund. On top of that, the pizza itself was also bad — the base was not fresh, the taste was below average, and definitely not up to Domino’s standards. When I tried to follow up, the staff behaved rudely and didn’t help at all. Very unprofessional service, poor quality food, and no respect for customers. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone.

Ordered through dominos app from this store. the Big Big 6 Cheezilla for ₹1,075 and honestly REGRET it. Barely any cheese, tasted like plain bread, and was hard to swallow without a cold drink. First time trying this pizza and expected way better for the price and the Domino’s name. Even the garlic bread felt empty with minimal stuffing. Not worth the money at all.
