I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Domino’s recently. After placing an order online, I received a call from one of their staff members informing me that the item I ordered was not available. This was already frustrating, as the item was clearly listed on the online menu with no indication that it was out of stock. Instead of offering a proper solution, the staff member said they would replace it with a different item. What was even more surprising and frankly unacceptable was the way they spoke to me. It felt like they were doing me a favor by not charging extra for the replacement, as if I owed them something for their mistake. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful. Let me be clear: it is their fault that an unavailable item was listed on the menu. The customer should not be made to feel guilty or defensive over such an issue. On top of that, the tone and attitude of the employee were incredibly rude. This is not the kind of behavior you expect from a brand that claims to value its customers. Domino’s needs to seriously reconsider how they train their staff, and more importantly, ensure their online menu accurately reflects what’s available. I hope they take this feedback seriously, because this kind of service reflects very poorly on their reputation.
