pizza was alright alright nothing special not wrong about it, but the ambience and atmosphere of the restaurant was filthy to say the least, tables were loose and uncleaned, insects and crickets everywhere, seasoning sachet wrappers were litered on the floor

I ordered food from Domino's application at 11.54 pm and it is showing me that the order will be delivered in 13 minutes from last 1 hrs. And the worst thing is that no one is picking up the phone at the store. I was 25 call but no one answered. Who will take such a type of in responsibility and there is no option to cancel the delivery. Let it be a matter of refund.
