Today I went Domino's Pizza savli road with my family to have the dinner. Store was open and and staff was not ready to take the order they were forcing me to give the order online. The excuse they had given is they had a short of staff. I asked him to give franchise owners number but he was not ready to give me. I asked him for the company official number but he was not ready to give me. Absolutely rude behaviour from the staff pathetic situation of the store. Hygiene issues are there...

Majorly understaffed when I ordered takeaway in advance. No one at front desk, staff is inattentive to customers due to order backlog. My pizzas were put on the side, only after multiple follow ups they provided it. Even the app has problems of it's own when it comes to customer service.

Very bad delivery experience We've called them for 1 hour and delivery partners were telling 5 minutes, 5 minutes... After 1:30 minutes dominos themselves have cancelled the order
