It’s the work dominos I’ve ordered from. It took an hour for them to delivery. And no one picks up the call as well.

Delivery Time: The delivery took almost one and a half hours, which is completely unacceptable. The food arrived ice cold, and there’s no point in ordering if it takes that long. Timely delivery is the most basic expectation from any food service. App Issues: The Domino’s app is extremely poor in functionality. It doesn’t allow you to cancel or modify your order, and the tracking feature is completely unreliable. It keeps showing the same repetitive messages with no real updates or progress. Pizza Quality: The pizza I received was the worst ever — cold, not sliced properly, and looked like it was thrown together carelessly. The taste was bland and disappointing, nothing like what Domino’s promises or advertises. Customer Support: The customer care service is practically unavailable. There was no way to contact anyone for help or updates. No response through the app, no proper helpline support — it feels like customers are completely ignored once the order is placed. Overall, this experience was terrible from start to finish — late delivery, a broken app, bad food, and zero customer support. It’s frustrating and completely unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s.

This is honestly the most horrible experience ever with Domino’s. The delivery took almost one and a half hours omg tff seriously, what’s the point of ordering if it takes that long? By the time it finally showed up, the food was ice cold. Not even a bit warm. Just cold, tasteless, and completely ruined. The pizza wasn’t sliced, looked thrown in carelessly, and honestly felt like a total joke. The app is another disaster. You can’t cancel the order, you can’t change anything, and you don’t even get proper updates. It just keeps showing the same useless messages again and again. No proper status, no response, no nothing. How are customers supposed to use this app if it doesn’t even work? It’s like shouting into a void like no reply, no action, just pure frustration. Everything about this experience was terrible everything the delay, the cold food, the useless app. The entire system feels broken, and nobody cares to fix it. It’s actually insulting to customers who spend their money and get this kind of nonsense in return. Domino’s should be ashamed of how bad their service has become. Never ordering again. Worst, most frustrating, most disappointing experience ever.
