I placed an order at 12:30 AM, waited for 2 full hours, and finally at 2:30 AM, I got a call saying they won’t be delivering my food. No apology, no explanation—just a flat cancellation after keeping me waiting all night. Tried calling the store several times, only to find out they had left the phone off the hook—the receiver was literally set aside so no one could get through. They weren’t just overwhelmed, they were deliberately ignoring customers. This isn’t just poor service—it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you can’t fulfill late-night orders, don’t accept them. And if you can’t respect your customers enough to answer the phone, maybe you shouldn’t be in the food business. Domino’s, this was disgraceful. I won’t be ordering again—and I’ll be telling others to avoid this location too.
