The food I ordered smelt rotten, and when we complained about it smelling rotten the guy on the helpline said the food is supposed to smell that way, and said that we shouldn't complain just cause we've never eaten it before, the branch itself should be shut down

The sitting area and tables are not clean most of the times. The ambience is not worth the premium price of their pizza.

One of the staff member is very especially the one who took the order he was very rude and take too much time to take order and he was continuously busy on call. Atmosphere was not good, there’s a leakage from ceiling, tables was not clean properly some of the tables were dirty and there was no proper cleanliness

It was a horrible experience Had to wait for the order for a long time then had play a game of chase for it's delivery and the order which was incomplete Wholly unsatisfactory experience Will not be ordering again
