Pathetic service from Domino’s CV Raman Nagar. Order placed on 15 Jan, cancelled due to excessive delay after staff confirmation. Refund promised in 7–10 days. It’s been over 15 days — NO refund, NO response despite repeated store visits. Is this how Domino’s treats customers? When contacted support, they routed to Syed -store manager, and he stopped responding to my calls. Cheating the customers won’t help your business in long run. Resolve this immediately.

Dine in service is bad. They forget orders. 120 order was served. Ours was 115. Told her then she realised. Another person waiting with lil daughter for there order was delayed. They prioritise online orders more than dine in orders. Garlic bread was not very fluffy. Chicken wings quality has deteriorated immensely for dominos. This was probably my last order for wings.

They do not put even a quarter of needed cheese in pizza.

The toilet is always dirty. And the smell is unbearable. Very poor hygiene standards.
