Don't order pizza from this store very bad.dont order big pizza it's 3 inch of bread only very bad no topping very bad experience. Didn't expect this from dominos,no proper response after completing.waited for return pickup from dominos,waited so long they did come only. Dominos Stop 🛑 providing poor pizza to coustomer

We have ordered the big pizza was not good no topping only bread was there I have contacted manager he don't responded properly ,he told that he will send the person to pick up back but he didn't send. Very bad response and he so rude after mistake from there side.very bad experience all the time. I don't like the way dominos is doing.very very bad I don't no why dominos is doing such kind things. They are putting toppings.i don't no what they are doing with toppings.they are not sending pizza to coustomer with proper topping.our money is wasted totally. I need reply for coustomer feedback....

Manager Chandan, from this store does not know how to talk to customer’s. I wanted to cancel the order which I had placed on the Dominos App as it did not show the mode of payment via UPI, it just got placed directly. Felt this was fishy so wanted to cancel it immediately. Hence called the restaurant immediately without wasting time. After asking the reason for cancelation. The Manager was answering back that it’s a 750 rupee loss for them rather then telling me if the order can be canceled or not. He was also arguing with me that it’s not the store’s problem, that I can’t see an option to cancel in the app and arguing and telling that he is a manager and not a delivery person.

Disappointing service. We placed a food order but were not given a bill. They told us the wait time would be 25 minutes, but when we went to collect the food, they claimed there was a server issue. There was no proper response regarding cancellation. The food was neither prepared nor served on time, and because of the delay, we had to leave to catch our bus without receiving either the food or a refund. Their staff were unhelpful and did not listen to any requests or concerns throughout the process.
