3rd class service by Dominos and Zomato. I ordered a pizza through Zomato and it was showing delivery time 15 - 20min but after order the wait was not getting over, after 45 mins i tried calling dominos as the delivery was managed by domino but no one bothered to pick that phone up. My kid was desperately waiting for it but i didn’t realised it will take forever to deliver that order. I tried to call zomato and dominos customer care to cancel the order so that i can order from some other restaurant as it has been 1 hr waiting for that pizza. But i couldn’t get pass of the so called virtual assistant. They were also helpless so do i. Got the pizza after an hour but garlic bread was cold. Lesson learnt - Never eat from this store and delete Zomato from the phone and get back some space in the phone.

I had one of the worst pizza cheese hasn't melted it was coming layer by layer I haven't received any online bill.they haven't even kept feedback scanner normally whenever I went i received online order no this was the only restaurant of dominos where I haven't got it.they are even charging for sauce ketups pathetic .I will definitely to raise complaint to jubilant foodwoorks .I don't know how they got the franchise this only states how pathetic is dominoes in india
