They are frauds! They confirm the order and keep you waiting for hours together without delivering it. There’s no support chat or number you can contact to get any updates. The store number that they provide in dominos app is always switched off. I didn’t receive my order even after 4+ hours and I quit on it after trying to get any help from their support for more than 2 hours. I lost ₹2800 to these frauds.

Bad service! The restaurant is just 0.67 km away and still couldn’t deliver an order placed through Swiggy for more than 90 mins. The contact numbers being provided for the store form the domino’s website or from Swiggy are not answered- it’s switched off. Pathetic!!!

Ordered one item and its shows 20 min. And the item is not delivered. We went to shop , the shop were closed . They switched of their mobile in the shop. Unable to contact anyone. Dont choose dominos No proper contact number no proper staff to answer the querries

Very disappointing experience with this Domino’s outlet. • Delivery: Always late and unreliable. • Communication: Store phone is almost never reachable, making it impossible to follow up. • Food Quality: Taste has gone down significantly, not worth the money at all. Overall, poor service and poor quality. Definitely needs improvement!
