Unprofessional and discourteous delivery rider. He was unwilling to get off his bike to deliver the order to the specified location (1st floor) and instead asked that someone come to help him with it, citing multiple pizzas. When a child went to assist, he offloaded the entire order onto the child and started calling me demanding the OTP. Upon questioning his conduct, he became argumentative and insisted that I return the prepaid pizzas. This was a very poor experience, and I will not be ordering again.

Today I ordered pizza and tried reaching out store but was unable to connect. It has been more than 30 mins I haven’t received my order also there’s no response from the store. I received my order after an hour that too cold with too less veggies. Garlic bread box unsealed. Pathetic service, will never order from here now.
