Dear Team, Yesterday (15/08/2025) I purchased a Non-Veg Classic Burger as a takeaway from your Domino’s outlet at: Shop No. 4, 1st Avenue, 80 FT, CMDA Road, Nolambur Phase 1, Mogappair, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600095. Upon reaching home and opening it, I found that it was burnt and overcooked. I immediately returned to the store to raise a complaint. However, I was informed that “this is how it is prepared”. I then showed them the burger image on your official website and pointed out that it did not match what I received. They accepted my concern and replaced it with another Non-Veg Classic Burger. Unfortunately, the replacement burger was undercooked and not properly prepared. This entire experience was very disappointing and has caused me a great deal of dissatisfaction. I request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure better quality standards in the future.

Place not maintained...the tables and chair have pizza crumbs and have attracted flies. Will not visit again.

Absolutely pathetic service from Domino’s Mogappair . I ordered food over 2 hours ago, and till now, no delivery, no update, no apology — nothing! Tried calling the store multiple times — as expected, no one picks up. The most irresponsible staff and management I’ve ever seen. And don’t be fooled by their auto-generated apology replies — they’ll say “we’re sorry, please contact us…” but nothing changes. The same careless attitude continues every time. This is not a one-time issue — this is a repeated problem and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. This store is an insult to Domino’s brand. To everyone reading this: Don’t waste your time, money, or energy here. This is not worth even a 0.0001 star. A complete disaster of a store.

We had a worst experience in this place Employees are too loud in the work place To place order we waited 15 mins even though no crowd and waited for more than 30 mins only 2-3 people waiting
