One of the infact the worst and unprofessional store i ve placed order with. I placed order at 8.00p.m, around 8.30recd a call stating order will be delayed due to sudden oven problem and ll be delivered by 9.30. Around 9.45. No response till 10.45 just d app showing 9min to deliver for more than 2hrs. No customer support/no response for more than 2.30hrs. No way to cancel the order tooooo. Dominos is getting worser n worser day by day. If there are too much demand y the hell cant u chg it to other near by store. ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS N WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NOT GOING TO ORDER HENCEFORTH.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst Domino’s Outlet This has been by far the worst service I have ever experienced from Domino’s. I placed an order and even after waiting for more than an hour, the delivery was not made. Yet, the app kept showing a misleading timer stating “9 minutes remaining” throughout. This is clearly a manipulative tactic just to maintain their so-called “30 minutes delivery guarantee”, which is nothing but a fake promise. Such poor service not only wastes customers’ time but also shows a complete lack of responsibility and accountability. The management of this DLF branch is utterly unprofessional, and this level of service makes the entire Domino’s brand look unreliable. If Domino’s cannot ensure basic customer service standards, it would be better to shut down this branch entirely rather than continue fooling customers with false guarantees and careless operations. Domino’s needs to seriously re-evaluate how this outlet is being run. Until then, I strongly suggest avoiding this branch at all costs. Check the images for your safe and world class packing which comes after 2hrs(fast delivery in the world)
