I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza – Singanallur, Coimbatore branch. I placed an order at 06.09.2025, 08:15 PM, but the food was delivered only at 10:20 PM – more than 2 hours late. When I called the branch to check on the delay, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their response. To make matters worse, the food quality was terrible. The pizza tasted stale, as if it was prepared the previous day. Honestly, I have never experienced such poor service and worst customer support from a brand that calls itself an MNC. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

No Neatness, No cleaning even after 1 hour almost all tables are not cleaned, long waiting time. No proper resposne. Simply avoid this place if you want peaceful environment

Trying to get an order. After two and half an hour waiting still not getting food. Even restaurant not taking calls and reply from the nyt staff was rude. Very very bad experience and best thing is its recommended by their staffs. At the end we are sleeping with empty stomach.such a bad day by dominos they ruined

An hour ago, I ordered 2 veggie pizza (Pepy pepper, classic veg), 4 chocolate lava cake, Garlic bread sticks. Food quality is pathetic in terms of taste & quantity. It is over priced. Certainly, I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS JOINT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...
