I recently ordered a Chicken Golden Delight Cheese Burst pizza from Domino’s through Swiggy, and to my shock, it arrived stale and completely spoiled. The smell and taste made it clear that it was unsafe to eat. I immediately tried to contact both Domino’s and Swiggy via phone, but no one picked up or responded to my calls. Despite repeated attempts, neither the restaurant nor the delivery platform offered a refund or even a replacement. This level of service is unacceptable, disappointing, and poses a serious health risk. I expected much better from a reputed brand like Domino’s, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the food quality and the customer service. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering ordering from here, as this experience was both unsafe and frustrating.
