Very disappointing- I have tried dominos across Mumbai, Pune, and even in Europe too and recently in hitech city but I made my greatest mistake ordering from near my home I ordered pizza and to my surprise the pizza had no cheese 1) I took the pizza back to the shop on my car and kindly explained the situation instead the staff ladies disrespectfully said we are putting cheese as per grams so we dont care if it fills up the pizza or not 2) after disrespectfully talking to me for 30 minutes they finally agreed to make the pizza again and this time I kept both pizzas side by side and the result was shocking 😲 ( the old pizza had only 10 % cheese on the whole surface) 3) I had ordered the hot 🔥 spicy cheese burst pizza as I tried it previously but after taking the new pizza freshly made home I found out they put tomato ketchup in middle of pizza 🤮🤢 and gave it to me . I put pictures please see 👀 and never order from Dominos AS rao nagar again I suggest go to different branch The shop was empty but no 1 was interested in even keeping it clean . The real rating should be Cleanliness = -5🌟 Service = -5🌟 Delivery =+10⭐️ When I ordered from app they took 10 minutes to make + Deliver pizza which was shocking 😲 but when I went to she shop and they remade it they took 25 minutes and guess what.... I am still shocked how they made it and delivered it in 10 minutes because cooking time is 7.5 minutes?

Ordered a large pizza 🍕 with extra cheese only to find out the delivery guy put the pizza near his shoes and brought it damaged when I opened it to my shock there was literally no extra cheese and I could clearly see they heated me a cold pizza and gave it ( because when I ordered the same pizza in store the cheese was melting and pizza was thick ) but when I called the shop they lied saying they did put extra cheese . Big 0 star for the shop manager

The restaurant is designed only like a street side stall full of dominos cartons, unhygienic!!! The staff is unfriendly!!! The credit cards or ATM cards don’t function from many days !!! TV is switched off and dirty to look at!! And all the staff who are not working sit on the tables where customers are required to sit and keep chatting!!! Overall a third class experience
