Ridiculously pathetic service. Not delivering on time first. Delaying food preparation. Then delivering multiple orders so I get my pizza cold. What's the point of ordering then. Also no one picks up call at this place. Numbers are unreachable.

Oder through Zomato, delivery partner was Dominos itself, delivery was getting late going back here and there for no reason as per tracking hence call the driver but didn't bother to pick the call call dominos directly but hangup the call on me three times later on the fourth call blame me for hanging up, all the while its the same person whom I spoke with as per the voice, later food got delivered very after approx 30 min delayed, driver was like food is not cold have it so rude. Not the service I expect from Dominos. Worst experience ever face.

Worst experience. Ordered online and its got delayed, but no response from restaurant. Later, the order status changed to “Delivered” but it was not delivered and didn’t get refund too.

"I recently visited Domino’s Pizza at Saifabad and had a great experience. The pizzas were fresh, cheesy, and served hot. I especially enjoyed the Cheese Burst option—it was perfect. Staff were polite and the service was quick, even though it was a busy time. The outlet is clean, but seating is limited, so I’d recommend it more for takeaway or delivery.
