Extremely Disappointed – Domino’s Fails Again I had yet another terrible experience at this Domino’s outlet. The brand promises “30-minute delivery” as a selling point, and I pre-ordered specifically so I wouldn’t have to wait and could dine in right away. But what’s the point of pre-ordering if there’s no accountability? Despite arriving on time, I had to ask multiple staff members just to get my order – and even then, I was met with indifference and zero coordination. No one seemed to know what was going on, and no one cared to help either. The staff here are completely disorganized, and customer service is basically nonexistent. This isn’t the first time I’ve had such an experience at this location. It’s a pattern of carelessness and poor management. Domino’s really needs to retrain or replace the team at this outlet because they’re ruining the brand reputation. If you’re expecting prompt service, basic courtesy, or any level of professionalism – skip this store.

Dine in orders are being delivered lately. I had to wait 45 mins for my order. Food was not warm. And there is no coordination among staff

Staff is too rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. The seating arrangements remain unhygienic and unhealthy. We couldn't order as they refused to take order over the counter
