Worst experience ever there food boxes are full of foul smell and we cannot able to eat the food as the food has absorbed all the smell and we have orderd taco Mexicana veg with rajma tiki they had put tiki in one taco and panner in other instead of tiki

Today I ordered a Domino’s 6-in-1 pizza and a garlic breadsticks through Zomato from the Urban Estate, Jalandhar outlet. The delivery took around 2 hours despite being just less than 2 km away from my residence , which is completely unacceptable. The worst part was the lack of support. Neither Domino’s was picking up calls nor was Zomato taking responsibility for the delayed order. Zomato customer care said the order could only be cancelled by calling Domino’s, but Domino’s did not answer calls, and even their centralised customer care failed to connect. This was ridiculous and extremely frustrating. If Zomato cannot cancel orders when there is such a delay, they should not onboard such restaurants. Customers are left helpless with no accountability from either side. Very poor service. 👎
