I ordered online for pickup. When I went into the store, I saw two employees in the back not doing anything—one of them just kept staring at me. I had to stand at the counter for almost 10 minutes while other employees kept telling someone to come serve me. Eventually, a guy came from the side to help, and it looked like he had been on his phone the whole time.

Very bad experience. They only have hooligans in the name of delivery persons. They pushed the order delivery time to over 1 hour 15 minutes. Jaswinder Singh and Sagar Mahey kept saying the order is dispatched and delivering in 5 mins. Whereas the order was not even dispatched or ready. This is what Dominos has stooped down to.

Worst outlet in World. Never seen such dirty & unhygienic dominozz. AC not working, dirty tables, poor service, underrated staff

I gave them 1 star, because Google didn't offer something less... Disappointed!!! After all I spent my hard earned money to treat myself with a pizza but in return what I got is unapologetic behavior and recieved a call from dominos with poorly handling the things and spoke nonsense things to me. Last time the same thing happened to me as they gave me a wrong pizza and it was a regular pizza on the arrival instead of a thin crust. At 2:30 am they called me to tell that it was a complaint and started yelling instead of being apologetic. Later got new pizza on my second purchase with the help of management. This time again same thing happened, just after receiving my order i got to know, order was again wrong and it was a long waiting time, so to report the issue and ask for assistance, The person who answered the phone speaks so disrespectfully that you can't let them know as a customer what service you want from them. And literally they abused me. I don't think this is how a customer should be treated after all we are paying for the pizza it's not like they are serving us for free.....

Worst domino’s .Inexperienced staff and very loose attitude. Ordered and paid for my pizza and waited for approx one hour and the girl at counter told me that she forgot to place my order. Very uneducated and lousy staff
