I have never seen such pathetic and unprofessional behavior from Domino’s staff in my life. This branch has completely ruined my trust in the brand. I ordered a pizza worth ₹800, and they didn’t even deliver my order! My order number was 184 and i ordered on 4th oct 2025 When I contacted the store for help, instead of resolving the issue, they flat-out denied my refund and had the audacity to say, “whenever you order next time, we’ll adjust it.” Seriously? How can you expect customers to order again after such a terrible experience? The staff was rude specially Mr Vikas George, careless, and completely irresponsible. I wasted my time, money, and patience, and got nothing in return. Domino’s, please take strict action against this outlet — they are tarnishing your reputation with their pathetic service.

The worst experience i ordered the mini rice chicken and the ordered was delivered the meal was eaten by the delivery boy Ankur Singh he also ask me to pay all the money got wasted how he can eat my meal after the payment because it was should be delivered in train the worst behaviour and worst management team of domino kanpur south X mall I need my money back
