Worst order experience and got no customer care service on delay. No body even responding in store and online. Worst worst worst

I ordered 1 minute from swiggy before it closed. It was supposed to arrive in 15 minutes but after 45 MINUTES, they didn't even prepare our food. It turns out the dominos support line was not reachable we fought alot from Swiggy still we didn't get anything. After around 30 minutes of fighting, the restaurant finally cancelled our order. My question is why did they even accept the order? (But normally the food is good and would still order again if not closed)
