No one was present at the billing counter, and the staff showed zero concern. Staff behavior was extremely rude – they only cared about online orders, not dine-in customers. If dine-in is not their priority, then why even have it? After waiting 5 minutes, I had to ask loudly when I could place my order the response from the kitchen was rude: “order online or wait half an hour" Basic facilities missing... My friend went to wash hands, and there was no water there either. When asked, the staff just shrugged, saying they can’t do anything. They should at least put up a notice saying “No Water,” instead of ignoring customers. The serving and bill person is not behaving in a proper way His attitude is very bad to us And his friends are coming here and they are doing as they like Where is the professionalism and all hereThe person at the counter was extremely disrespectful, discouraging customers from buying under the excuse of being busy, while in reality, there was no crowd at all. On top of that, he used inappropriate language, assuming I didn’t understand their language. A terrible experience that I will never repeat.

The move from the back to the front made no difference. Very poorly trained staff. There is a visa sign but they don't accept international cards. Untidy, tables not cleared and limited space. Unhygienic. 50 percent of items are unavailable. Lots of noisy rowdy staff in kitchen but my order took 45min which they needed to be reminded.
