Terrible customer experience, they just take customer for granted here don’t even give proper order always mess up with almost everyone’s order, if I haven’t looked at the bill she could have taken 160 extra money, they didn’t even asked me if i want to opt for ketchup directly added 10 rps for that. Pathetic i recommend reading reviews and going to good outlets of Dominos not this one!Very wrost pizza I have tried in my life service also very wrost, I have ordered double chees brust margaretta &my order number is 125 & the order number is 127 going on but i didnt get my order yet & when I received my order pizza not worth it ,its look like hand toasted without chees pizza, I wouldn't suggest to anyone to go Pheonix mall dominose outlet

Very disappointed with my experience at Dominos Phoenix Marketcity Kurla West. While placing my order, the staff gave me an order slip instead of a proper bill. He did not take my mobile number, and when I asked about combo options, he said we dont serve that in the morning.He also mentioned that for the first order they dont take the customers contact number, which was quite strange and honestly amusing in a bad way. Basic customer details and a proper bill should be standard.Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this outlet based on this experience.

Very worst service. I gave the order for Veg loaded pizza but vegetables was not there and I received the first order in 30 minutes and then they made a fresh pizza for me that again took 30 min and that too was not baked properly.

People are celebrating birthday and not taking orders and delaying every order when asked how much time it will take. Staff not good. Not serious at all.
