(Original) A store me pepole support bohot ghatiya he. Is stor ka delivery boys paid order diye bina order done karke galigaloch karke chala jata he. A mere sath 2 times huaa he. Is bat ki dominose me complaint karke bhi abhi tar uspe koi action nahi liya he or nahi muze refund kiya gaya he. Last order ka me order details ka screen shot pic share kar raha hu. Jo muze delivered kiya to nahi lekin dilevry done karke chala gaya. Us dilevry boy ka nam omkar konkne he.

The store manager - Mandar Pedanekar didn't return the money he owed as a refund and abused me. Told me that he will break my hands and legs if I come close to the store at any time. They are refusing to pick up the call and when they do they abuse like they are the kings. Then they are saying ki Whatsapp ki koi recording nahi hoti hai to we will say ki you abused first and we said sorry don't talk like this..

Trying to contact the store for last 3-4 days, even domino's does not know how to contact its store. I’ve been trying to contact the store for the last 3-4 days, but apparently, even Domino’s has no idea how to reach its own outlets. It’s been over a week now and I still haven’t received my refund. My complaint tickets keep getting closed without any real solution, and no one seems interested in actually helping me. If this isn’t sorted out in the next 1-2 days, I’ll have no choice but to take this to the Consumer Forum. On top of that, I’ve called the store 5-10 times on the number given by the virtual assistant, but nobody ever bothers to answer the phone.

@dominos Been a loyal customer for 7+ yrs. Faced fraud at Kanjurmarg & Vikhroli outlets in Mumbai. Staff took money without bill, claimed “server down.” Pizza price inflated, cash likely pocketed. Have proof. Pls investigate! #DominosIndia
