I visited this place a few days ago, and my first impression was extremely disappointing. The outlet looks like the ruins (खंडर) of an abandoned building. In my entire life, I have never seen such a poorly maintained Domino’s outlet, not even in the smallest cities. Although the taste of the pizzas was good, the overall dining experience was the worst considering the price. Cleanliness and ambience are completely neglected. The surroundings are unwelcoming, with several abandoned vehicles parked right in front of the store, which only adds to the neglected look. The staff was polite and helpful, which is the only positive point. However, the Mulund East branch should either be permanently closed or at least properly cleaned and maintained to meet basic standards. It is surprising that Domino’s would allow an outlet to function in such condition. Not worth visiting at all. I would definitely prefer going somewhere else for pizza.
