i had visited the store on 23 sep where i have ordered 2 pizza service was not slow but atmosphere was not at all look like a of renowned brand from the 2 pizzas i had ordered there hair in one of them i have went to staff shown them that but they said i cann't seen it there where many people i had maid any chaos so i had not ask for any refund or other pizza i had put a complaint about it its been 2 day i had not received any reply from them and also i had not received any bill just a 100 point message

I have just visited the outlet 1 hrs ago I had orderded 2 pizzas one peppy paneer and other was farm house I had found hair in my pizza which was very disappointing and I have wasted my 740 rs And even after waiting for 2 day still i have not received any help. Had sent email on these matter but still no response

The order was ordered around 7.30pm and till the order is not delivered it's been an hour and tried calling the store but the number is switched off and the status shows 13 mints to get delivered from last 30 mints.. now when I open the app it shows the store is offline and try after sometime or take away.. this was the first time I ordered through the app and this is such a bad experience. Very disappoint and pissed off.. when u don't know how to give service then please don't do that or atleast keep a working number or a good customer service
