I recently ordered 2 red velvet cakes and 1 chocolava cake. Unfortunately they didn’t have any red velvet cakes at that moment. But instead of informing us so, they completed the order by providing 2 chocolava cakes and no red velvet cakes. When i issued a complaint on domino’s app there was no response so i directly called the store. After talking to the manager she promised me a refund on the price of red velvet cakes as domino’s points on the app. There still isn’t any refund and the manager isn’t picking my calls or acknowledging my issue. This is highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour by the manager and Domino’s should look into it.
