Domino’s, what on earth did you just serve me?! I ordered a pizza and stuffed Makhani sauce garlic bread, and the sauce was so spoiled it could probably walk out of the box on its own. The smell hit me like a punch in the face, it was sour, rotten, and was disgusting. Do you people not care about basic food hygiene? Serving spoiled food is not just careless but it’s really dangerous. I didn’t pay to gamble with my health! This experience was a total nightmare and a complete waste of money. Seriously, Domino’s FIX. YOUR. QUALITY. If this is what you call food, then I’m done. Forever.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Service I had the worst experience with Domino’s – not once, but twice. Both times, the delivery was delayed by more than 1 hour, and the tracking on the app was completely misleading. It showed one delivery time while the delivery partner was actually somewhere else. The Purnima Stop Domino’s store is extremely unprofessional. My first order was delayed by almost 2 hours. The second order was delayed by 1 hour and they delivered a cold pizza, even though my location is just 2.3 km away. The store’s phone number doesn’t work at all. Very disappointing experience. I do NOT recommend ordering from this store. Avoid home delivery from here. I have video and audio evidence.
