Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food outlet — and sadly, it was with Domino’s. First, there was complete silence on my order for 20 minutes. Then, out of nowhere, I get a call saying "Your tacos are not available, please order something else." I immediately WhatsApped them alternate items of the same price range — trying to cooperate. But again, after another 20 minutes, they call me saying "We're sending your taco order in 5 minutes." That gave me hope, but it turned out to be false reassurance. 15 more minutes passed. No delivery, no update. I tried contacting them again, but at that point, it felt like they were just buying time and deliberately misleading me. After wasting over an hour of my time, they finally cancelled the order — without an apology or any compensation. This is not just poor service — it's blatant negligence and disrespect toward a customer’s time and trust. For a brand like Domino’s, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

I recently visited this store and was thoroughly disappointed. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the cleanliness was lacking; the store was dirty and unhygienic, which is unacceptable for any establishment. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. The staff were unprofessional and seemed indifferent to customers. They didn’t greet anyone or offer assistance, which added to the overall negative atmosphere. It felt like they prioritized delivery orders over walk-in customers, showing a clear lack of care for those who actually came to the store. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other stores that value customer experience and maintain a clean environment. Save your time and look elsewhere!

Worst ever customer service. They suck at everything — from the quality and quantity of ingredients to their service — whether it’s dine in or delivery. It’s worse with delivery since their guys always bring the order later than 30 mins but wouldn’t let you claim the guarantee money by updating on the app that they’ve reached just before 30 mins, and yes they are the ones who get that option and not the customer. Useless guarantee and feature, should not have it or I should file a consumer complaint actually for such fraudulent behaviour. The toppings are always lesser than other branches, the cheese is never properly melted even with cheese burst crust and even dine-in has the same issue. And the place is never really clean, they don’t even bother cleaning the table after one customer has left, all tables don’t even have seasoning bottles, if you’d like some you’d probably have to go to another table to get it. Just the worst ever. Choose some other outlet if you don’t want to ruin your experience because as someone who doesn’t prefer to have fast food frequently, I’d actually like to have a decent pizza the one time I order. And the staff is not at all helpful either, they act like they’re doing a favour to you and anything they’d make a mistake in, they wouldn’t even care for it, just weigh you your options and ask you to deal with it. This branch should just close, so it’s easier for people living in this area to order from other ones.
