This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Domino’s. I ordered the Paneer Tikka Stuffed Garlic Bread, and to my shock, there was absolutely no paneer inside. The bread itself felt uncooked, and the moment we opened the box and picked up a piece, the entire garlic bread split open from the middle, as if it hadn’t been prepared properly at all. When we called the outlet to report it, we were told we’d get a call back later. Instead of offering a solution, they said that after giving feedback, there’s nothing they can do at the restaurant level. That response felt really careless, especially when the order quality was this bad. Overall, extremely disappointing service and food quality. Definitely not ordering from this outlet again.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food outlet — and sadly, it was with Domino’s. First, there was complete silence on my order for 20 minutes. Then, out of nowhere, I get a call saying "Your tacos are not available, please order something else." I immediately WhatsApped them alternate items of the same price range — trying to cooperate. But again, after another 20 minutes, they call me saying "We're sending your taco order in 5 minutes." That gave me hope, but it turned out to be false reassurance. 15 more minutes passed. No delivery, no update. I tried contacting them again, but at that point, it felt like they were just buying time and deliberately misleading me. After wasting over an hour of my time, they finally cancelled the order — without an apology or any compensation. This is not just poor service — it's blatant negligence and disrespect toward a customer’s time and trust. For a brand like Domino’s, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

I recently visited this store and was thoroughly disappointed. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the cleanliness was lacking; the store was dirty and unhygienic, which is unacceptable for any establishment. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. The staff were unprofessional and seemed indifferent to customers. They didn’t greet anyone or offer assistance, which added to the overall negative atmosphere. It felt like they prioritized delivery orders over walk-in customers, showing a clear lack of care for those who actually came to the store. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other stores that value customer experience and maintain a clean environment. Save your time and look elsewhere!
