I had ordered a thin crust pizza with additional veggies. They delivered a half cooked pizza with NO VEGETABLES. I got a call from their support (Mr. Sourav Kumar) and instead of resolving this issue with a refund, started arguing even after sharing the relevant image of the delivered product. Pathetic outlet and even more pathetic staff

The delivery boy (RAVI) is very stubborn. I placed the online order, which was not delivered to me on time. He called me from the restaurant itself to share the delivery OTP so that he doesn't lose out on his incentive. He also shared his direct number, promising a better discount on the next order. Again, a false commitment, as when I called him, he never returned the call.

Slow service ,UPI doesnt work ,card payment h nahi ,cant even give water if requested ,the staff wasnt even wearing gloves while preparing the food

They deliver bad quality food and just create a ticket and close issue. I do not know how many tickets they abondaon like this. Bad quality food, bad product, bad place to order. All in all a pathetic brand with exorbitant pricing.another feather in the cap. Continuously second order delivered bad quality.
