Terrible experience at Domino's Delhi Airport Terminal 1 outlet on 26 December 2025. The cashier ignored me multiple times (3-4 times) while I was trying to place my order, even though I was standing right at the counter. I had to speak up to finally get served. The pizza was shocking – instead of properly cut slices, I received only one large irregular leftover-looking piece with loose toppings (onions and capsicum) scattered separately in the box. It looked like scraps rather than a fresh pizza. To make it worse, the beverage I ordered was completely missing from my order. Paid full price for this poor quality food, missing items, and rude service. Very disappointing at an airport where travellers expect quick and reliable meals. Staff needs urgent training on customer service and order accuracy. Will avoid this outlet in the future..

The peppy paneer pizza with stuffed crust tasted absolutely out of this world — cheesy, flavorful, and perfectly baked. Quick service and familiar flavors made it a satisfying airport meal.

Domino’s at IGI Airport food court was good. Enjoyed the fresh garlic bread and Cheesy Peppy Paneer pizza. Nice meal combo with a drink.

Had to catch early morning flight from T1 today, as lounge not working so opted for Dominos . Experience was pathetic, The service boy was busy flirting with her co employees . While ordering asked him for takeaway Coke. And he gave Limca in open cup. Totally wasted time, gifted that to Limca to bill boy. Seriously pathetic experience.
