Tried to order justa pizza and garlic bread but the staff smarty forced to order the full meal just to increase the order value and most pathetic mangement at the counter.

The pizza tasted just as it should have. However, it felt like the guy at the counter was a bit pushy when trying to sell the items. They should be clearer and more upfront about extra pricing for things like different crusts.

We visited Domino’s early in the morning while waiting for our connecting flight, and it was nice to find the outlet open at that hour. However, we had an unusual experience while trying to order just garlic bread. Initially, the staff said we couldn’t order only garlic bread, but then suggested placing the order through the self-service kiosk. The issue was that the kiosk only accepted UPI payments — no cash or cards were allowed. This was quite surprising, especially at an airport where many international and NRI travellers may not have UPI. Fortunately, the staff member at the counter was kind enough to help by paying through his own UPI, and we gave him cash in return. Though we both didn’t have exact change and I ended up paying a bit extra, I really appreciated his willingness to help. It would be great if Domino’s at the airport could enable card payments at least, since having only UPI as an option doesn’t make sense for an international transit location.
