Ordered food delivery and they didnt have cheesy dip but they still took my order, after 2 hours the delivery guy came to deliver my cheesy dip, what the hell do you want me to do with the dip after 2 hours, and the sauce in their lunch feast 5 combo was so bad it tasted so sour it was disgusting

Dear Domino’s Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received from your Mahavir Enclave outlet. I placed an order over 30 minutes ago to be delivered to my address in Palam. However, I was informed by Mr. Kunal Singh or the store manager, Mr. Suraj, that the store is refusing to deliver to this location. This is surprising and deeply frustrating, as I have received deliveries to this address in the past without issue. Not only was the refusal abrupt, but I was not provided with any reasonable explanation or alternative solution. This kind of service falls short of the standards I’ve come to expect from Domino’s. I kindly request that this matter be looked into and that the store staff be reminded of the importance of respectful customer interaction and consistency in delivery service. I would also appreciate clarity on whether the Palam area is officially out of the delivery radius or if this was an error in judgment. Looking forward to your response and resolution.
