Worst service ever. No one at the counter to take orders, we waited 10 mins and left. Even after asking an employee, we were told “thoda wait kariye, time lagega.” Really disappointing experience. @dominos_india

I had to go somewhere for some important work, but I was very hungry, so I checked Swiggy to see which outlet showed the fastest delivery. It showed Domino’s with a delivery time of 15 minutes. But even after 15 minutes, my order hadn’t arrived yet because it was still being prepared. So, I called the delivery boy to cancel my order, and he told me that the food wasn’t prepared yet and it would take another 15-20 minutes. In this case, it wasn’t the delivery boy’s fault. What I want to say is that if you can’t complete your work on time, don’t set unrealistic expectations for customers. Also, the last time I went to Domino’s, about 4–5 months ago, there wasn’t proper cleanliness maintained either, and the pizza wasn’t good. About 5–6 years ago, the quality at Domino’s Panvel used to be really good, but after that, it has gone completely downhill.

Dominos pizza has multiple outlets all over the world. This one located in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai is hygienic and has quite a few seating tables as compared to other outlets in the area. The service is highly disappointing, whether it be dine in or delivery. The service is super slow. The quality has deteriorated majorly in past few years and the price has just increased.
