1 Star – Extremely Poor Hygiene & Management My latest visit to Domino’s Pizza, New Panvel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The dining area was poorly maintained and unhygienic. Walls were visibly dirty, stained, peeling, and damaged, with broken panels and worn-out surfaces. There were wet and dirty floors, garbage kept openly near the wash area, and overall the place looked neglected. A “wet floor” sign seemed more like a permanent fixture rather than a temporary safety measure. The wash basin area itself was unhygienic, which raises serious concerns. If this is the condition of the customer-facing dining area, it is worrying to imagine what the kitchen hygiene might be like. Adding to this, the staff was not cooperative. When I asked for a suggestions/feedback book, I was told it was not available, which is unacceptable for a customer service outlet of a national brand. Due to the poor hygiene standards, lack of accountability, and indifferent staff behavior, I would never recommend anyone to dine here or even place an online order from this outlet. I strongly request the management to take immediate corrective action, conduct proper hygiene audits, train staff on customer handling, and ensure basic cleanliness standards are met. This outlet seriously damages the brand image of Domino’s.

I had a very bad experience at this Domino’s outlet. The pizza taste was below average, toppings were insufficient, and it felt stale. On top of that, the service was extremely poor—staff was careless and not responsive to complaints. A staff member named Subham Gaikwad was extremely rude and unprofessional expected much better from a brand like Domino’s. Completely disappointed and will not visit again.

This is not a good outlet they close at 10:30pm and if you ask them they say this is the only time we close for dine in
