After confirming my order and making payment, I was later informed that it could not be delivered because my address does not fall under your delivery area. If my area is not serviceable, the system should not have accepted the order in the first place. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. I request you to: Ensure my payment (if deducted) is refunded immediately. Correct your ordering system so that non-serviceable areas are clearly restricted before payment. The place was very untidy, workers lacked enthusiasm, they all were very dull. When asked for something they ignored us, there were dogs inside the store, workers were entertaining those dogs. Hygiene was 0. Food was good but ambience and atmosphere was worst. Avoid eating at this store.

Very bad pizza packing full box damages and pizza cheese topping touch all bax spred cheese very bad packing. Panvel domino's my money refund immediately.

I ordered pizza from Domino’s and honestly, it was a very bad experience. The pizza was not good at all — it didn’t taste fresh and was really disappointing. Even the store itself was not up to the mark. Overall, I am not happy with the quality or service.
