This Sec 18 Domino’s outlet is absolutely pathetic. The service is the worst I’ve ever seen — rude, careless, and completely unprofessional staff. They don’t even know how to talk to customers properly. The way they behave is shocking — no manners, no apology, and no sense of responsibility at all. My order was delayed for ages, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold, soggy, and tasted awful. When I tried to ask about it, the staff responded with arrogance and attitude instead of helping. This is not how a reputed brand like Domino’s should treat its customers. I’ve never had such a terrible experience anywhere. It honestly felt like they don’t care about customers at all. I’m done with Domino’s — not ordering again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this branch. Absolutely shameful service!

Sadly, the pizza didn’t meet expectations. The base was thin and papad-like, and the overall taste was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it.
