We visited today and were initially pleased that it wasn’t too crowded, assuming we’d get our food quickly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There was only one staff member taking orders, and I was number 32. After waiting quite a while, I checked in and was told to wait longer — which I understand if they were short-staffed. However, things only got worse. When I returned later to check again, I didn’t even speak, but the lady at the counter told me my order was being packed and would be ready in two minutes. Moments later, she came out calling out orders — 33, 34, 36 — and skipped mine entirely. That was frustrating, especially because my son was very hungry. When I asked, she casually said the order was “upside down” and that’s why mine was skipped. That kind of explanation was honestly not acceptable. To make matters worse, the food was far from satisfactory. We ordered the 4-person chicken combo — expecting at least it would be fresh given the long wait. But the food wasn’t even hot, and shockingly, I found a hair in the box. That was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Overall, the experience was frustrating, the service poorly managed, and the food disappointing and unhygienic. Definitely not what we expected, and I don’t see myself returning.

Taste of pizza is worst Please do not add maiyonize to the pizza; it spoiled the taste. Please notify the chef who is making the pizza that it has spoiled your brand name. Do not add maiyonize; it is harmful to one's health.
