I would never go back to this branch. Went here for a quick meal as we were so hungry. The order took more than 35 minutes inspite of the crowd being less. When we got our order, we found that they had cooked it and let it sit, just to deliver our order with someone else’s big order. So much laziness to walk twice. And, the Chocolava cake got too cold during that waiting period, that I had to use two spoons and my hands to cut the cake. On top of that, the person who took my order charged me extra for replacing an ingredient, which is never the case. She said, the rule has changed and now Dominos charges extra even for replacing ingredients. I ordered the same ingredient replacement at another branch and they didn’t charge me for it. And, she refused to give me a detailed bill and the bill to the phone number never arrived. And, when I asked her to clean the crumbs on the table, she just used a tissue to push the crumbs on to the chair where people sit and walked off. Both professionalism and integrity are totally absent.

Amidst various pizzas , my favourite is Dominos. My recent experience was bitter at Dominos , Pondicherry, Mission and Rangapillai st Jn. I was traveling from Singapore to my home town Pondicherry, where I decided to have Dominos pizza for a dinner. Our family went there around 10:00pm. I was stunned to see the ambience of the place. The trash were all lying on the table and both the floor and and the tables were not cleaned . Maybe the man power was reduced and the person in the counter is least bothered to allot a table for us. The toilet and the hand wash area was stinking and shabby. A vast difference between Singapore and India. Why the administration is not taking care of the cleanliness of the eatary ? Will the Govt or the consumers will take this kind of unclean restaurant in Singapore? Why maintaining a low grade status of restaurant in India ? It’s better to look into this at the earliest

The pizza was not hot at all, which I never expected from Domino’s. There was very little cheese, and the toppings were inadequate—hardly any chicken or veggies. Most of the toppings had come off and were scattered inside the box. This order was a complete waste of money and ruined our family time. This was my last order from Domino’s.
