Very bad experience with Domino’s Pizza, Pimple Gurav. I placed an order through Swiggy (Order No. 139), but even after 2 hours the order was not delivered. The worst part is that the store contact number was switched off/out of service, so there was no way to get any update. The order was never delivered and we had to sleep without food after waiting for pizza for hours. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. Such negligence creates a very bad impression. Domino’s should take strict action and improve customer service No response, no food, no responsibility.

The food is good, but the service is very poor. The premises are not clean or hygienic—the washbasin was dirty. The tables were not cleaned, and there were no ketchup, chilli flakes, or oregano containers on the tables, so we had to keep asking for them. They also provided a very limited number of sauce pouches.
