Today i went to the restaurant for dinner and there was some problem happening between two workers there which turned out to be a big mess . Those two workers who had a dispute didnt evn have a manners to maintain a decorum inside the shop specially when more than 10+ customers were present in the shop . Worst behaviour and delayed service.

One of the worst branch in Chennai. No proper Maintanence, food served was cold. Pizza cutting wasn't proper. Few items were not even available. Choco lava cake was dry and wasn't even hot.

In dining horrible experience- Food was average - was almost cold . They never label boxes on preparation , so open it hundred times before delivery to find out what’s what ? And everything turns cold … no proper customer executives to take orders .. people in the kitchen or delivery care not to take orders saying it will take longer and even if customer is okay to wait —- it was Friday eve and just 9pm - they refused new orders and behaving rudely at walk in customers … my dine in order nearly took 45 mins to deliver and half cold with my garlic bread missing and had to be fought to be made quick .. pathetic ambience - cramped up - the upstairs are closed and lights off even if ground floor is full and too loud to make their life easier , service - I would give negative remarks .. if u guys wanna focus only on delivery do close dining experience.. cus v don’t walk in to get cold pizza and pay for bad service

Worst Experience – Cold Pizza, No Support, No Seasoning I ordered a pizza and it took over 2 hours to get delivered. When it finally arrived, the pizza was completely cold and to top it off, no seasoning or chili flakes were provided. I tried calling the Domino’s outlet multiple times – no one picked up. There were zero updates about the order status. I also reached out to Zomato support, but that was just as frustrating. All I got was a useless chatbot that didn’t resolve anything and kept giving irrelevant replies. Absolutely no real help from either side.
