Dominos getting one of the worst pizza shop in chennai... The quality of handling customers and the quality of food is not really good.

Very pathetic service. We had to wait at the counter for long time to order since they were in team hurdle for personal discussion.They did not provide sprite though it was billed and they were asking me in rude voice if I had paid. Apart from that we asked them water to drink. They did not even provide after 20 minutes of request. And there is one dog sleeping outside the entrance which was hindering everyone. What a worst kind of experience. And manager spoke to me in threatening voice that if took photo of the dog!

One of the worst branch in Chennai. No proper Maintanence, food served was cold. Pizza cutting wasn't proper. Few items were not even available. Choco lava cake was dry and wasn't even hot.

In dining horrible experience- Food was average - was almost cold . They never label boxes on preparation , so open it hundred times before delivery to find out what’s what ? And everything turns cold … no proper customer executives to take orders .. people in the kitchen or delivery care not to take orders saying it will take longer and even if customer is okay to wait —- it was Friday eve and just 9pm - they refused new orders and behaving rudely at walk in customers … my dine in order nearly took 45 mins to deliver and half cold with my garlic bread missing and had to be fought to be made quick .. pathetic ambience - cramped up - the upstairs are closed and lights off even if ground floor is full and too loud to make their life easier , service - I would give negative remarks .. if u guys wanna focus only on delivery do close dining experience.. cus v don’t walk in to get cold pizza and pay for bad service
