Worst ever place to order from. Order wasn't delivered even after 1.5 hours of order . Very rude response from the delivery agent and the store.

Poorly maintained . The tables were not cleaned properly. There is a noticeable shortage of staff for both service and cleaning, leading to very high waiting times. Concerningly, the kitchen staff were not using gloves while preparing food.

This Outlet's speciality is : Pizza's ordered for home delivery with extra cheese or cheese burst will always be plain bread. This is nothing but cheating the customers.

My order was unprepared despite being placed an hour beforehand. The food quality was terrible , and the lava cake was particularly disgusting. This establishment's food and service are profoundly unsatisfactory .
