Almost all my orders are cheese burst. Almost since inception of my eating in dominos. Never had such bad experience with dominos. Almost last 3 times I ordered cheese burst and literally got plain pizzas. Never was able to order stuffed garlic bread from official dominos app. However toll free number says the stock is out but store says they stopped stuffed garlic bread for online deliveries. Dominos washrooms and washbasin are THE Worst maintained rest rooms amongst the big restaurant players. Any superiors randomly visit the rest room and definitely it would look 1 grade below the public restroom. Stinky and stained bathrooms.

Order no. 166 on 23rd Aug 2025, ordered at 8pm it showed waiting time of 45 mins. At 8.30 pm I tracked it showed 12 mins, but some delay may be expected. I went busy for 20 mins hoping that someone will call us for directions of the bell will ring. But at 9.20 I checked the app and they say my order was cancelled. They didn’t bother to call and inform us. At 9.30 we had to start cooking for 2 kids who were hungry. What kind of accountability is this Dominos. I don’t want just my refund, I want this Medavakkam shop to be shut.
