Worst experience and I'm literally fed up with madipakkam team. I had been placed my order on 31st Jan @ 12.33 am now the time is 02. 38 am still the food is not yet delivered. And the Customer support team also very poor.

This is the worst Domino’s outlet I have ever visited. I never expected such poor conditions. The place and washroom were very dirty, and neither the AC nor the fans were working. Secondly, the prices at the outlet are extremely high compared to online offers. The same Domino’s website shows many discounts, but the staff did not provide any offers for direct dine-in customers. The chicken and vegetable toppings on the pizza were not fresh and not good to eat. It looked like they were cooking as a routine irritate job hope, not preparing food meant for customers to enjoy. The way they treat walk-in customers is very disappointing. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I strongly suggest staying away from this outlet. If you still want to try, please compare online prices with dine-in prices. My humble request: do not dine in here—it is not neat or hygienic at all.
