I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza – Singanallur, Coimbatore branch. I placed an order at 06.09.2025, 08:15 PM, but the food was delivered only at 10:20 PM – more than 2 hours late. When I called the branch to check on the delay, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their response. To make matters worse, the food quality was terrible. The pizza tasted stale, as if it was prepared the previous day. Honestly, I have never experienced such poor service and worst customer support from a brand that calls itself an MNC. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Very bad and poor service..pizza was ordered at 8.15 pm and its 11 and we still have not received and none of them bother to pick the phone ..very poor service

Yet again, they have done an amazing job at disappointing their customers. I placed my order at 8:40pm today and the delivery person decided to call me at 10:30pm with my order when apparently they claim to have achieved the option of “fast delivery”. This isn’t the first time so i just have to say, thanks alot for ruining my evening and for making me waiting for 40 mins for food that was going to be delivered 1 hour after my curfew. Absolute worst, they gave a number to call only for it to be unreachable. Never ordering from them ever again.

Worst ever people. Very hash on customer. Giving false promise and rude and shout at me. Showing more attitude. Even food is spoiled and smelly
