Disappointed with the service .. bought veg big size pizza .. not able to consume it.. requested the person on counter to make any arrangements to pack it up.. on payment basis ..she refused to help .. against the coy policy .. it’s very normal thing to be asked and domino is not paying attention to such small issue inspite of operating in India

I had a disappointing experience at this outlet. A man came in asking for a pizza for his family, clearly looking for an affordable option. Instead of helping him choose something appropriate, the lady assistant was rude and uncooperative. This kind of behavior felt very unprofessional and insensitive. Domino’s should ensure their staff treat all customers with respect and empathy. It would also be good if they could cater to different individuals in society, including those who cannot afford higher-priced items, by guiding them properly and offering supportive assistance.
