I had a disappointing experience at Domino’s. The staff seemed careless and uninterested in customer service. When I approached one of them to place my order, he instantly told me to use the app—without even listening to me properly, basic table essentials like oregano and ketchup were missing. When I asked for them, I was casually told to take them from another table, What made things worse was the staff’s behaviour they were loudly chatting among themselves in a rude, rubbish manner, completely ignoring the customers around them.

This is for the Dominos located on the ground floor of millenium city centre metro. Staff is very uncooperative. They did not taking the order just telling everyone to place order via phone as no one is available on billing counter. staff is having argument with each other. Shouting inside on each other. No ketchup on table, no tissues, no tray. Pizza just served in boxes. Nobody was available to clean the table. Very disappointing experience from domino's

Ordered one cheese burst pizza regular size but I didn’t find the amount of cheese it should have, i have paid extra for the this , the of domino’s is degrading day by day

The staff of domino's is the worst I have ever seen . She is such a rude lady I am really pissed of . I went there with my boyfriend n I hugged him that disgusting rude women came to me n said very rudely ye sab allowed nhi h n I had a argument with her she should be Polite and I even heard her yelling like hell on some other employe . We were about to move then she called a CISF staff I swear upon got I am never going to visit this domino's again this behaviour is really unacceptable. You should know how to respect your customer. She was even rude while taking the order . She just ruined our day really really bad experience I will suggest nobody visits this domino's
