The pizza we received from Cyber Park was extremely bad. We had ordered three capsicum pizzas, but when we complained, the staff's behavior was appalling. They told us not to order from there again, saying "If you want to eat, eat it, otherwise don't." They even had the audacity to say we could complain wherever we wanted, implying we were afraid of no one. Doesn't Domino's train its staff on how to handle customer complaints? We're paying customers, not eating for free. Domino's should ensure pizzas are made properly and fire staff who can't handle their job.😡😡😡😡😡

The worst experience ever.. Paid the bill.. Said you wait I'm preparing the order then will see the payment status... And give you the order... Then what's the use of this poster....

I received pizza from domino's sector 52 outlet after 1.2 hours of placing order in cold n soggy condition. Raised complaint via ticket but got no resolution, they just refunded 200 wallet n closed. Its shameful that domino's expect customer to eat absolutely cold and soggy pizza. Dated 7th Aug order #100, sector 52 Gurgaon
