I received pizza from domino's sector 52 outlet after 1.2 hours of placing order in cold n soggy condition. Raised complaint via ticket but got no resolution, they just refunded 200 wallet n closed. Its shameful that domino's expect customer to eat absolutely cold and soggy pizza. Dated 7th Aug order #100, sector 52 Gurgaon

No hygiene and food quality are also too bad. Ordered Veggie Paradise Medium | Creamy Makhani Cheese pizza but there was very less toppings and whole cheese was gathered in the center of pizza. Domino's is providing a dine-in facility, but for hygiene their team is not responsible. Customer has to request housekeeping themselves. Very irresponsible behaviour from Cyber Park Domino's team. Having Domino's pizza for many years but never had this type of response.

They are so pathetic. They forest took my order and after 30 minutes said the order was cancelled. For this i got a message that my order is cancelled. I had waited a long for the food and they were preparing it but in the last they cancelled. What’s this happening. Domino’s services are getting worse day by day.
