The staff behaviour is so poor, i cant even begin to explain. Ridiculous experience. Increasing the prices randomly without giving complete information. If you do not want to serve the customers simply close the damn store. I read so many reviews with the same issue. Unbelievable. This is not what any food outlet is supposed to be. Even random food stalls with 20rs food show way more hospitality than what these guys offer here. Horrible experience! Give your staff some training before hiring and placing them on the front counter. Unclean tables. Mid food quality (i could make a better pizza than that, literally liquid cheese) Anyway. I have no hopes. Bad experience. Never coming back again!!!

Worst Domino's Outlet in the whole Gurugram Had the worst staff No services at all No oregano No chilli No Basic Hygiene, No Hand Wash servise. Staff was very rude Also had the worst food the pizza was cold, stale and all crunchy I cooked them better in this review, then they could at the store.

The staff at this Domino’s outlet is extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service is very poor, and basic courtesy is completely missing. The pizza quality was also disappointing — it tasted very bad and did not meet Domino’s usual standards at all. On top of that, they did not provide essential items like oregano, chilli flakes, or even tissues, which are normally expected at any Domino’s outlet. There is also no proper place to wash hands, which is unacceptable for a food outlet. Overall, this is the worst Domino’s outlet I have visited. The experience was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this outlet unless serious improvements are made in food quality, hygiene, and staff behavior.

Yeh restaurant apne aap ko service provider bolta hai lekin basic professionalism bhi missing hai. Staff ka rude attitude, delivery ka be-hisaab late hona, aur khaane ki behtar quality ka zero concern—inn sab ne pura experience spoil kar diya. Customer ko ignore karna koi achievement nahi hoti. Jab tak yeh log apna system, delivery aur staff ka behaviour improve nahi karte, tab tak ye restaurant sirf negative experiences ka hi collection rahega..
