The staff is very unprofessional and unhygienic at all the service boy throw my KOT while I asked to why removed my kot he added muje kya pta ki yeh tumhari parchi hai They taken 15 mins to clean my table while the outlet was empty totally The food is awesome Ms Nikita was the only staff who was seems professional only

Had a worst experience with the staff at sectir 29 outlet. Ordered cheese burst but tgey served us regular pizza and when we confronted them the same, the employee name: DHEERAJ KUMAR SINGH was adamant saying its your mistake tgat you should check while eating and you can complain wherever you want. He was very rude. I don’t know whose franchise outlet was this but they should take checks on their employees and their behaviour. Dheeraj was bery unprofessional and if uou have these samtaff service then definitely you are challenging your food business.

Horrible dominos app with a terrible delivery experience. The delivery is never as per committed timelines. The help interface is terrible. The service from this outlet is pathetic. There are items missing from order, no follow ups about concern tickets and no actions are ever taken. Worst app on this planet!! For such a big chain the user experience is 3rd class and pathetic.
