Horrible!! Cashier wanted to upsell bluntly. Probably instruction from owner. After some exchange of words and telling them ‘don’t confuse us’ they unhappily accepted what I actually wanted. We had to keep close eye on order being ready for 20 min. We had to check and bring the food instead they calling us. Tables were not clean. Some people/staff occupied the seats and doing nothing (mobile surfing). UNWELCOMING. I’d visit -1 more time.Pathetic service! Yesterday’s experience was the worst ever. The delivery partner refused to deliver the order to my doorstep and argued instead of doing his job. Later, they even cancelled my second order without any reason! Totally unprofessional, careless, and rude behavior. Domino’s Byculla should seriously check how their staff treats customers — this outlet is ruining the brand’s name. If there was an option for zero stars, I’d give that.They don’t accept card payments at all – only Google Pay – which is very inconvenient. The hygiene is awful. The washroom was locked, and instead of opening it themselves, staff just handed me the key. Inside, it was dirty, with no soap or handwash refilled. Even though the outlet is open until 11 PM, after 10 PM they clearly don’t want customers to dine in. They’ll say your order will take 45 minutes to an hour just to discourage you from staying, which is extremely unprofessional. No one was present at the billing counter, and the staff showed zero concern. Staff behavior was extremely rude – they only cared about online orders, not dine-in customers. If dine-in is not their priority, then why even have it? After waiting 5 minutes, I had to ask loudly when I could place my order the response from the kitchen was rude: “order online or wait half an hour" Basic facilities missing... My friend went to wash hands, and there was no water there either. When asked, the staff just shrugged, saying they can’t do anything. They should at least put up a notice saying “No Water,” instead of ignoring customers.

Fraudsters I believe there is a serious issue with this branch. I ordered a cheese burst pizza a week ago through Zomato, and it was disappointing. It didn't have the normal amount of cheese, let alone the cheese burst. Since then, I have received no response to my complaint from either Zomato or Domino's. It feels like they are cheating customers and taking our money in the name of their brand.
