Past couple of times that i have ordered from Dominoes (via Zomato app), some customer service rep always calls and gives bullshit excuse that there are road closures/ traffic issues due to which the order might be delayed for 1+hours and ask for cancellation. Now, no other restuarant in that area faces such issues , only dominoes faces and they always call ~20-25mins AFTER placing the order, which at that point, i am already expecting the food in the next 15-20 mins and have already waited 20mins. So i have to go figure out my dinner options again waiting another 30-40 mins. Clearly the restaurant has accepted too many orders , and dont understand why cant they just activate " not accepting orders" option in the Food Delivery Apps and resort to such practices. The Customer rep is also always rude and unable to answer questions. Horrible experience. I have been facing these issues multiple times now with Dominoes and dont see ordering from here for the foreseeable future.

Rubbish service.. twice I have ordered the pizza from the dominos but not delivered since hours. I have waited for 1 hour both the times and no response from them

They are scammers. They accept orders and then don't deliver for 3 hours and then switch off the store's phone so that customers can't contact them. I didn't even know for two hours if they are going to deliver the food or should I order from another place. Never ordering dominos again. Horrible experience with this store. would give minus rating if possible. And they still haven't provided me with a refund even though they didn't deliver the order. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Someone should contact MNS or Shivsena and get this outlet shut for good.

Request you people please don't order from this herra panna outlet.i have the worst experience of the life.i had order pizza at around 8:30 pm till late night 12 pm I had not received my order.i also visited the outlet they told me that there no people and also the no delivery person.
