I live in Mumbai... mumbai has appartment buildings... i live on the 5th Floor... once i ordered pizza... i had a late night... came home late... was hungry .. thought I'll order some pizza.... tried dominos... once the pizza reached my location... the delivery agent told me that he was instructed by the management of the outlet that he was not supposed to come up to my floor... and absolutely declined to come to my floor and give me my food which i had already paid for... the outlet is Dominos Lokhandwala !!! I don't understand these policies... i mean what does home delivery mean...???

Scammers they have taken full amount & delivered my order to someone else On top of it, have behaved extremely rudely, absolutely ridiculous behaviour

Teach your staff to talk politely. Your staff is rude and lack basic manners. There is no hygiene maintained. If possible replace the staff who is taking orders and give me cleaning job.

Terrible service. They take hours to deliver the smallest of orders. The best part, their contact numbers are disconnected because they know they can’t fulfill orders on time. Terrible service, absolutely do not recommend ordering from this outlet.
