I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s on this particular night. Firstly, I visited the Jankalyan outlet, where despite having a card machine available, the staff refused to accept card payment. The lady at the counter was extremely rude, argued unnecessarily, and behaved in a disrespectful manner instead of resolving the issue politely. Due to this inconvenience, I then went to the Evershine Nagar outlet, hoping for better service. Unfortunately, I faced the same issue again. I was told that card payment was not acceptable. When I asked for a reason, I was given a very illogical explanation—that the payment might get deducted twice from my account. Even after I agreed to take that risk, the staff kept refusing and made the process unnecessarily difficult. After a lot of arguing and inconvenience, they finally accepted the card payment. This entire experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and highly unprofessional. Domino’s is a well-known brand, and such poor customer handling, misinformation about payment methods, and rude behavior from staff are completely unacceptable. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously and ensures better staff training and smoother payment processes in the future.

I ordered a Cheese Burst Pizza from Domino’s (Evershine branch) and had a very bad experience. The pizza arrived completely dry with hardly any cheese — definitely not a cheese burst! The chicken toppings were dry and tasteless, and overall the pizza had no flavour at all. I genuinely feel like I wasted ₹800 for something that wasn’t even close to what was promised. Very disappointing quality. I hope they improve their food and service.
