Ordered pizza for home delivery from this outlet and it turned into a nightmare. Delivered the wrong pizza Pizza was completely cold Quality was so bad that my friend got food poisoning and had to take medicines. This clearly shows zero food safety, zero quality control and zero responsibility. The most shocking part is that even after complaining multiple times, Domino’s has not given my refund till today. This is not just bad service, this is total negligence. If you care about your health and money, avoid this Domino’s outlet (Malad East). There are many better options in Mumbai.

Absolutely the worst Domino’s outlet. Pathetic service, careless and rude staff, extremely late orders, and horrible food quality. Complete waste of time and money. There is literally nothing good about this outlet. It should be shut down immediately.

The place feels quite unhygienic, and frankly, it looks dirty as well. I wouldn't recommend sitting down to eat here; it's definitely better to order delivery.

Worst service at this outlet. Illiterate employee experience Extremely disappointing experience. The staff here is completely untrained and unprofessional. Even the person taking the order does not know the menu properly. Items that are clearly mentioned on the Domino’s menu were denied, and we were casually told they are “discontinued” without any clarity or confirmation. How can a Domino’s outlet not have pizzas that are listed on their own menu? This shows poor management and lack of basic knowledge among employees. The attitude felt careless, as if customers are wasting their time by asking normal questions. If you don’t have half the menu available and your staff doesn’t know what they’re selling, what’s the point of running the outlet? Very bad experience. Would not recommend this outlet at all.
